A subscription renews at the frequency and price shown before you confirm your order. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time without a cancellation fee or a minimum number of deliveries. Cancellation stops future renewals and charges. You can manage the subscription through the secure subscription management link provided with your order or in your customer account, when available, or email info@iqonhealth.com and we will help cancel it. We will confirm when cancellation is complete.
Cancel before the next renewal charge to avoid that charge. If an order has already been charged, cancelling the subscription stops subsequent renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund that order. Contact us promptly if you also want to cancel an unshipped order. Shipped orders are covered by our return and refund policy. Changes to the schedule, delivery address, or payment method are handled in the secure subscription manager or by contacting us. We will not ask you to send payment card details by email.
